At least two generations/three or more people must attend the portrait session - The maximum number of participants varies depending on location due to the size of the studio - At many locations you can view images on the day of your shoot, however there are some locations who do not offer this facility and you may need to organise a return visit to view and select images - Images can take 6-8 weeks to arrive depending on the location, they are not provided on the day - You will be asked to pay a fully refundable deposit of £30 at time of booking - This deposit will be refunded at the viewing session or if your photoshoot is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice - If less than 48 hours notice is given for cancellation your deposit will not be refunded - A P&P charge will be payable to cover Recorded Delivery if you opt to have your print(s) posted - Your voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion - You may only purchase and redeem one voucher per household within a 12 month period - Locations are subject to frequent change without prior notice - A journey time of up to 45 minutes to the nearest studio may be necessary in some areas of the UK.
